How to use a massage ball

There isn’t one massage ball for everything and everyone, so choose what works best for you.
Here’s a few things to consider:

• Size—generally smaller massage balls provide deeper, targeted massage; larger balls can be gentler and easier to use on larger muscles.
• Firmness—harder creates a firmer, deeper pressure; softer may be more suitable for sensitive spots.
• Surface—spiky gives a more intense massage but may be more uncomfortable; smooth creates less intense, even pressure and can be gentler on the skin.
