Get Active Victoria is free to join, and gives you access to a huge resource of tips and tools to be more physically active. You won’t need any fancy gear and expensive equipment to try our guided videos or activity ideas. Join Get Active Victoria to access a goal-setting tool and an activity tracker, then see your progress on your own personal dashboard. You can also set up teams and see what activity your teammates are doing. Get Active Victoria has something for everyone.

If a child is 12 or older and has an email address, they can open their own account. Children aged 12-14 must include a parent or guardian email address so that the guardian can provide consent.

Log in to Get Active Victoria , then click on TRACKER in the navigation bar. Update your activity manually, or, if you own a Fitbit, you can sync it with the tracker to update automatically. See How do I sync my Fitbit with Get Active Victoria?
Currently the only device that can be synced with Get Active Victoria is a Fitbit.
If you have added someone to your account, they can login using their unique username and password. Then they can add their own activity.
You can also switch between your account and an account member using the ‘Logged in as’ function.
You can now add activity for your Account Member using the tracker.
Aim for 30+ minutes of physical activity each day, or as many days as you can. You can break up the 30+ minutes into smaller sessions throughout the day.
Tracking activity is a great way to reach a goal. You’ll know exactly how much activity you are doing, which can help motivate you to keep going or do that little bit extra, and you can celebrate the wins along the way.
You’ll also get to know your activity patterns over time, so you can work out ways to add extra movement into your day or week.
Try to do at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day You can break up the 30 minutes into smaller sessions throughout the day. And remember that something is better than nothing!
