For some of us, being part of a team is the best way to increase the motivation to move more – you’re more likely to stay accountable to a goal when it’s shared!
Being in a workplace team doesn’t mean you always have to exercise together, though you can. Instead, it allows everyone to see each other’s activity, to encourage each other to move more. It could be towards a goal the team sets itself, or a little healthy competition between team members.
