The personal information on the registration form is collected by the department to register you to the Get Active Victoria initiative and provide you with our e-communications (you can subsequently opt-out of receiving this). Your personal information is collected, used, managed, and is securely stored in Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions systems, in accordance with the principles of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 and any other applicable laws.
Your personal information will also be de-identified, aggregated and used to help us evaluate how effective the campaign has been in engaging with the community. If you do not provide the information requested, you will not be registered.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to anyone including our partners, except data entry, information technology and mailing companies involved with Get Active Victoria. By registering you are giving consent to your personal information being used to provide you with fitness tools and resources, email updates, tips and advice as part of Get Active Victoria.
